Wentz to Miss 6-8 Weeks for NDSU with Broken Bone in Wrist

NDSU Sr. quarterback Carson Wentz will miss six to eight weeks with a broken bone in his right wrist, the school announced via a press release on Tuesday afternoon.

According to the release, the injury was suffered during NDSU’s 24-21 loss to South Dakota on Saturday afternoon.

The loss essentially ends Wentz’s regular season, but the timetable could allow a return for the FCS Playoffs, should the Bison make it and advance.
