Amber Alert Ends Soon After It’s Issued

Cell phones all around the state went off around 10 o’clock last night with an Amber Alert.

The boy police were looking for, 3 year old Andrew Wollin, was found a short time later with his mother in Moorhead.

Police say the boy’s mother, Emily Wollin, was detained.

They say Emily is the non-custodial parent and took Andrew from a residence on West

Country Club Drive in Fargo earlier in the evening.

Police were able to track down Emily’s car with cell phone tracking data.

Andrew was returned to his custodial parent. His mother could face charges.
