NDSU Celebrates”First Of Its Kind” STEM Building

NDSU celebrates the dedication of its brand new STEM classroom and lab building.

The science, technology, engineering, and mathematics building features 23 labs, nine class rooms and 13 commons areas for students.

The nearly 120-thousand square-foot building cost $29 million that was funded by the state.

The structure was built to be student focused and will be the first of its kind on the university’s campus.

“It absolutely symbolizes what this university is about, and the extraordinary things that this university is about. I will argue that, and I don’t think anyone is probably going challenge that  this will the finest undergrad teaching facility in the state of North Dakota,” NDSU President Dean Bresciani.

The STEM building will open for classes in January.
