Warrant Issued In Arson At Samoli-Owned Restaurant

A warrant has been issued for a suspect in a fire at a Somali-owned restaurant in Grand Forks.

Police are looking for 25-year-old Matthew Gust of East Grand Forks.
His current whereabouts are unknown.

A fire at Juba Coffee and Restaurant early Tuesday morning caused 90 thousand dollars in damage.

Police released surveillance video showing someone breaking a window in the restaurant.

The attack came just days after the Somali-owned restaurant was targeted with Nazi-themed graffiti.

Anyone with information about Gust or his movements in the days surrounding the fire is asked to contact Grand Forks Police.
