Two People Hurt in Becker County Crash

Two people were hurt Saturday night in a two-vehicle crash in Becker County.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 34-year-old Dustin Martin of Hawley crossed the center line on Highway 34 and sideswiped a vehicle driven by 51 year-old Robert Knight of Nevis.

The vehicles hit the ditch and Martin’s rolled.

He had non-life-threatening injuries.

Knight wasn’t hurt but his passenger suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The patrol says alcohol was detected in Martin’s system, but there’s no word on any charges.
