Grand Forks Man Gets 16 Years for Federal Porn Charges

A Grand Forks man has been sentenced to 16 years in federal prison on child porn charges.

It was 44-year-old Alan Eslinger’s second conviction for child porn.

In this latest case, authorities searched an industrial park garage leased by Eslinger and found electronic equipment with more than 12,000 images and 900 videos of child porn.

Eslinger was dishonorably discharged from the Army in 2007 after being court-martialed for possessing child porn in 2001.
