Piepkorn Announces Bid for State Senate

A Fargo man says he plans to run for the North Dakota State Senate.

Merrill Piepkorn will challenge longtime Sen. Tim Flakoll in north Fargo’s District 44.

Piepkorn is an entertainer and speaker.

The Democrat says an official announcement will be made next month.
