Minnesota Family of Four Killed in Icy Crash

A family of four from Columbia Heights died in a crash on an icy highway in Aitkin County in east central Minnesota.

A State Patrol trooper says the crash happened on Highway 65 around 3 o’clock Saturday afternoon.

Christopher and Rae Moe and their 14-year-old daughter, Samantha, and 12-year-old son, Anthony, were in an SUV that collided with a Suburban south of the town of McGrath.

Two people in the Suburban suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
