Kilbourne Group to Buy 11 Downtown Fargo Properties
The Kilbourne group has agreed to buy eleven downtown buildings from Swanson Properties.
The Kilbourne Group says the deal is expected to be complete in June.
The group is dedicated to restoring downtown Fargo.
The eleven buildings include mixed use, commercial, and residential buildings.
The group says all current leases will be honored per the purchase agreement.
