Home Builders Association Says Future of Area’s Growth is Strong

Local leaders talk about the future of growth and building in the valley.
 
The Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead hosted its New Year Celebration at the Radisson.

The mayors from Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo and Dilworth attended and talked about area development.

Home Builders President Tom Spaeth says housing and business building has been strong.

He expects the region to continue prospering in the coming years.

He adds, “The homebuilding industry in Fargo-Moorhead has just been booming the last few years, and it’s gonna continue to do that just based on all the businesses, hospitals, everything that’s coming into this community.”
 
He says the two biggest challenges builders face are the F-M diversion and finding enough workers.
