MSUM Kicks Off Sexual Violence Campaign
MSUM has officially kicked off the “It’s On Us” campaign.
The university is participating in the national campaign aimed to end sexual violence.
Before the official launch, students were educated about the campaign last fall, and are now are being asked to pledge.
Organizers say the pledge is a collective effort to help make the campus a safer place.
“The Its On Us is really taking ownership that everyone has a role, and everyone has a responsibility to keep our campus safe, and to be responsible campus community members,” said Ashely Atteberry, MSUM Student Conduct Director.
Students are also being asked to participate in a video contest that promotes putting an end to sexual violence.
