Wahpeton Woman Charged With 36 Felonies
A Wahpeton woman is charged with 36 felonies for a weekend fire.
Yolanda Thinn was arrested Sunday after fire crews were called to the Community Homes apartment building.
Thinn told authorities that she fell asleep while smoking and set her mattress on fire.
Crews had to rescue a number of people from the burning building.
The Richland County State’s Attorney filed reckless endangerment counts on behalf of all of the apartment’s residents.
