Another Trial Delay For Cox-Sever

There is yet another delay in the trial of a flight attendant accused of making bogus bomb threats.

Justin Cox–Sever was supposed to stand trial in North Dakota in February.

His trial was then pushed back to April after his public defender requested more time.

A second request to delay the trial has just been granted.

Cox–Sever’s trial is now set to start on June 6.

He allegedly disrupted SkyWest flights he worked on while headed to Chicago and Dickinson.
