Man Gets Six Months in Jail for Sexual Assault of 12-Year-Old Fargo Girl
An Oklahoma man admits that he sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl in Fargo last year.
Craig Post, 33, pleaded guilty in Cass County Court to a felony charge of child abuse and a misdemeanor sexual assault charge.
Post was given credit for serving nearly five months in jail.
He was sentenced to an additional month and 11 days in jail, plus 3 years of probation.
