UPDATE: Fargo Man Pleads Guilty In Bar Brawl Case

A third man enters guilty pleas in a fatal bar attack last spring.

Jessy Olson pleaded guilty to one count of being an accomplice to murder and two counts of aggravated assault.

The bar brawl killed 35–year–old Joey Gaarsland.

Two other men have entered guilty pleas in the confrontation that started at a Main Avenue watering hole between Gaarsland’s wife and Scott Moen.

A fourth man, Jason Oien, is set to go to trial on murder charges later this month.

A sentencing date for Olson has not been set.
