Fargo Commissioner Wants Brakes Put on Diversion After Cost Hike

A Fargo City Commissioner wants the entire F-M Diversion project halted.

Dave Piepkorn is calling for the entire project to be re-assessed.

He says questions need to be answered about rising costs and the amount of funding assistance available in the long term.
