Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Setting Apartment Fire

A Wahpeton woman has pleaded not guilty to charges from a fire that heavily damaged her apartment building.

Yolanda Thinn faces 36 counts of reckless endangerment for the fire last month at Community Homes.

There were 36 people in the building when the fire started.

Thinn told investigators that she fell asleep while smoking and set a mattress on fire.

Her trial has been tentatively set for July.
