Moorhead Man Charged in Federal Court for Allegedly Selling Heroin

Federal charges have been filed against a Moorhead man accused of selling heroin or fentanyl.

Gregory Krutsinger is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute.

Court documents say Krutsinger sold heroin or fentanyl that resulted in two overdose cases last month in Fargo and West Fargo.

Both victims survived after they were given “Narcan.”

Investigators believe Krutsinger’s supplier sold drugs that resulted in a death.
