Democratic Party Chairwoman Graduates Law School
The chairwoman of North Dakota’s Democratic party has graduated from law school.
State Rep. Kylie Oversen of Grand Forks was among more than 60 students who graduated from UND’s law school on Saturday.
North Dakota Democrats picked the 27-year-old Oversen as chairwoman last year.
She says she plans to take the bar exam next year.
The chairman of the North Dakota Republican party also is a lawyer.
State Sen. Kelly Armstrong of Dickinson also graduated from UND’s law school.
