Man with a Gun Arrested at I-94 Rest Stop
A man with a gun at a rest stop on I-94 near Dalton is in custody.
Authorities say 33-year-old Ruslan Masevich of Lynnwood, Washington called 911 saying he had a gun and that people were out to get him.
The rest area was closed for about an hour while officers negotiated with the man.
He was taken to Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls for evaluation.
No one was hurt.
