Woman Sentenced For Role In Wahpeton Fire
A woman has been sentenced to two years in prison for starting a fire that forced more than 30 people from a community homes apartment building in Wahpeton.
Several people had to be rescued by firefighters during the March 6 blaze.
Yolanda Thinn told investigators she fell asleep while smoking a cigarette and set a mattress on fire.
Thinn pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment and has to get substance abuse counseling as part of her sentence.
