Body With Significant Trauma Found in Grand Forks

Grand Forks Police were called to Flying J Travel Plaza for an unresponsive male.

A man running with his dog came across the body around 10 o’clock this morning and called police.

Officers say the male was deceased and had significant trauma to his body.

The exact cause of death is still being determined.

An autopsy will be completed by the Grand Fork County Coroner’s office.

Police are not certain whether or not there is an on-going threat to the public.

They are reminding people to remain vigilant and aware of their surroundings, especially when alone.
