Concert Promoter Accused Of Sexual Assault

 A Fargo concert promoter is facing sexual assault charges. Cass County prosecutors have charged Chris Hennen with misdemeanor sexual assault and disorderly conduct.

Court documents say a female victim told police that her pajamas and underwear were pulled down when she woke up with Hennen “half on top” of her. The woman said she was “so shocked by what Hennen was doing that she couldn’t move.” Hennen and the victim had been out with a group of friends earlier in the evening.

In July, another woman contacted police and made similar accusations against Hennen.

The complaint says the alleged assaults happened in March and April, 2015. 

Hennen has not been arrested.
