Fargo Public Library Begins Storytime Sessions

The Fargo Public Library wants you to know you’re never too old to enjoy a good story.

Storytime Sessions at the library start today and go for the next 14 weeks.

There are sessions reserved for age groups but Monday evenings are reserved for families.

And it’s not just about reading books…you and your budding reader can sing songs, do yoga, dance and do many other activities while tapping into your imagination.

Organizers say it’s all about coming together as a family.

“This is a great way for parents to interact with their kids in a low key, informal, fun setting where you can just have fun and also…like I said, it sparks that time for them to be interested in books and learning how to read,” said Amber Emery, who is the Children’s Services Coordinator for the library.

Toddler Storytime is for kids ages 18 months up to 3 years old.
