West Fargo, NDDOT Celebrate the End of Construction on Main Avenue

West Fargo celebrates the completion of the construction on Main Avenue.

“I really appreciate the patience of the driving public as they’ve had to drive through construction cones and the businesses along the corridor,” said Grant Levi, Director of NDDOT. “And who at times the people had to maneuver around the construction cones. So it’s an exciting day.”

Main Avenue is expected to be in good shape for many years and is safer for drivers with better signage and street lighting.

People once again have direct access to the businesses along Main.

The seven year project cost nearly $61 million.
