Garage Sale For United Way

Office Sign Company in Downtown Fargo is raising money for United Way with a unique corporate garage sale.

They’re selling prototypes, signs with minor defects, and samples lying around on their shelves

Event organizers say they thought it would be a good idea to donate the money raised from discounted signs to charity.

They say with the wide variety of items up for grabs, almost everyone could find something they want.

“We just had all this old signage that we wanted to sell and have people donate money that goes towards United Way. We have mugs, we have coasters we have no parking signs, we have restroom signs. Anything you could imagine, we probably have it,” says Lilly Christy of Office Sign Companies.

The event raised more than $700.
