Justice Hudson to Visit Detroit Lakes

Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota is celebrating its 40th anniversary on Friday in Detroit Lakes.

Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Natalie Hudson will be speaking at the event.

She is currently running for a full term on the court.

The event will honor lawyers who have been working with the organization for over 25 years and reflect on the accomplishments of the non–profit.

Representatives from Legal Services say Justice Hudson is a perfect fit for the event.

“She started her career as a civil legal aid attorney in Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services so she has a history and a real heart for the work we do. So she was a great fit for us,” said Executive Director of Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota, Anne Hoefgen.
