Sex Offender Moves from Grand Forks to Emerado
The Grand Forks County Sheriff says a high risk sex offender has moved out of Grand Forks and is now living in Emerado.
Juan Hernandez, 46, is living at 2224 Oak Avenue Northeast.
He also goes by the names “John” and “Tito”.
Hernandez was convicted of raping a woman in Walsh County in 2002 and previously was convicted of having sex with two 14 year olds in Clay County in 1997.
