Moorhead Parents Sue Over Sons’ Deaths

Ray and Kathie Kvalvog have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Park Christian School, the boys basketball coach and others.

The Kvalvogs claim the school and coach Josh Lee were negligent in letting their sons, Zach and Connor and two teammates, drive to a tournament in Wisconsin.

It was June 23, 2015 when Zach lost control of his pickup on I-94 near Dalton, Minnesota and rolled.

Zach and his brother Connor were killed in the crash.

Two other passengers were injured but survived.

Ray says they are still searching for a semi that may have veered into the lane of the pickup, causing Zach to swerve and crash.

The Kvalvogs are also suing the maker of the truck and their insurance provider.
