NDSU Baseball Closes out Regular Season in Fort Wayne

NDSU is 17-10 in Summit league.

FARGO, N.D. —┬áMay has been a very nice month for the Bison baseball team, and not just because of the weather.
NDSU has won 8 of its last 10, and holds a 6-and-1 record this month. One could argue that they are playing their best baseball of the season, and it’s coming at the right time.

The pitching staff has boasted two conference pitchers of the week, and they are holding teams to 3 runs per game over the 7 game stretch. Last weekend they locked up a spot in the upcoming summit league tournament.
NDSU still has one more series left in the regular season. The bison will close out the regular season with a three-game series with Fort Wayne (8-40) Thursday-Saturday.

Bison are 17-10 in the summit, one win mathematically locks up the 2 seed in the conference tournament. First pitch on Thursday is set for 2 p.m.
