Authorities Release Numbers in Fargo’s Click It or Ticket Campaign

Officers hit the streets for the campaign for 15 days in May and June

FARGO, ND — Authorities are releasing the latest numbers in their Click It or Ticket Campaign in Fargo.

More than 100 tickets were issued during the campaign but only 44 were issued for not using a seat belt or child restraint seat.

They are asking motorists to remind everyone riding in the vehicle that using a seat belt gives you the best survival chances in a crash.

The Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Office handed out 133 citations during its Occupant Protection Enforcement.
