Dent Man Charged in Contraband Case in the Otter Tail County Jail

The complaint says Baker found the items while he was cleaning a car for the sheriff's forfeiture auction

OTTER TAIL COUNTY, Minn. — A Dent man has been charged for bringing contraband into the Otter Tail County jail in Fergus Falls.

Marshall Baker, 28, is accused of bringing methamphetamine and a pipe into the jail.

The complaint says Baker found the items while he was cleaning a car for the sheriff’s forfeiture auction.

He was working with the county’s “Sentencing to Service” program which allows minimum security jail inmates to provide services throughout the county.
