Langdon Man Dies from Injuries in Crash Near Grafton
His vehicle was pushed into the ditch and rolled
GRAFTON, ND — A Langdon man has died from his injuries after his vehicle was rear-ended a week ago.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 56-year-old Michael Kubal was driving a truck hauling a trailer south on Highway 81 near Grafton last Tuesday when he was rear-ended by another truck.
His vehicle was pushed into the ditch and rolled.
Kubal and his passenger 54-year-old Fran Kubal were both taken to the hospital.
The driver of the truck, 43-year-old Brian Bjerkness was charged with DUI.
He was not injured in the crash.
