Authorities Find Douglas County Man Pinned in Corn Picker
He was located in a rural area near Miltona and authorities say he was airlifted to a nearby hospital
MILTONA, Minn. — A Douglas County man, whose arm was pinned in a corn picker, waited nearly an hour before rescue workers were able to find him.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says the adult male was attempting to clear something from the corn picker when his arm became pinned inside the machinery.
The accident was reported at about 3:30 this afternoon, but rescue workers had a hard time pinpointing the location because the man was in the middle of a cornfield.
