Community Begins Prepping for 2018 Women’s March in Fargo

Many people from the community started making posters to carry around

FARGO, N.D. — The Metro is one step closer to tomorrow’s women’s march.

Many people from the community started making posters to carry around.

The posters mentioned how often women are sex trafficked, why people need to stop catcalling them and dealt with other issues women face on a daily basis.

Marchers say speaking out about the issues is the only way to create change.

“Women shouldn’t have to go out into the world and be afraid of anything because we’re women and we’re really, really strong and like I said, can go above and beyond,” Kolbilyn Davis said.

The Women’s March will be held tomorrow at the Civic Center at 1:00.
