Toddler Hit By Driver Trying To Park At Chippewa Park

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Minn. — A toddler was run over by a vehicle Saturday afternoon at Chippewa Park near Brandon.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says the 23-month-old girl was walking across the parking lot with her siblings when she was struck by a vehicle attempting to park.
People were able to pull the girl out from under the vehicle.
She was airlifted to Children’s Hospital in the Twin Cities.
Her current condition is not known.
The crash remains under investigation.
