Pico Food Truck Joins Fargo Park District for “Food Truck for a Purpose”

A portion of the profits will be donated United Way of Cass-Clay

FARGO, N.D. — Fargo Park District hosted Pico Food Truck as part of its “Food Truck for a Purpose” series.

The truck was set up in front of Courts Plus Community Fitness, so people coming out of the gym could grab some freshly made tacos.

A part of the profits from every meal sold will be donated to United Way of Cass–Clay.

“Our partnership with United Way is a long standing partnership that has really grown over the years. We see their value in what they do and as far as their impact in our community. We want people to come out and experience the great food but also make sure they’re knowing their money’s going to go right into a great cause,” Joel Vettel, executive director of the Fargo Park District, said.

Food truck partners rotate throughout the summer. The series started back in May.
