Congressional Candidate Kelly Armstrong Speaks to Republicans in Fargo
Armstrong says the campaign season really kicks off after Labor Day
FARGO, N.D. — With two months to go until Election Day, U.S. House of Representatives candidate Kelly Armstrong makes a stop in Fargo.
The former North Dakota GOP chairman spoke about several issues ranging from the trade war to Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing.
He says the Republican support for his campaign in Fargo has been outstanding.
Armstrong says the period after Labor Day isn’t the final frontier for his campaign.
Instead, he says it’s only the beginning.
“Really after Labor Day is when people who don’t necessarily eat, breathe, and sleep this stuff start becoming engaged, and now we need to get our message out to as many voters as possible because we think when they hear what we have to say, we’ll get tremendous amount of support,” said Armstrong.
Armstrong is going up against former State Senate Minority Leader and Democratic nominee Mac Schneider for North Dakota’s lone seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
