Local Networking Group Brings Women in Business Together

20 businesses are involved with Women in Networking, and they're always looking for more members

FARGO, N.D. — A local group brings women in business together to develop leadership as well as personal and professional growth.

Women in Networking (WiN) meets twice a month for lunch at Applebee’s on 45th Street.

The meetings include an education section and the chance for women to share more about their businesses.

The speakers today included the owner of Lindsey Grace Interiors and Moorhead City Council member Sara Watson Curry.

“It’s important to have events like this because in the Fargo–Moorhead area, it’s a growing community, it’s important for businesses to be able to grow and for us to help each other network and just get out there. There’s a lot of big retailers and we are a lot of smaller businesses that want to make an impact on this community,” Kayla Cash, vice president of WiN, said.

There are 20 businesses involved with Women in Networking, and the group is always looking for more members to join. Click here for more information on the group.
