Golf Courses and Driving Ranges in F-M Area Opening Up for Season

Golfers are glad the weather is warming up

FARGO, N.D. — After a long winter, golf courses and driving ranges are opening up for the season.

The Osgood Driving Range opened at noon. The 9-hole course and 3-hole loop will open next Thursday, as will Prairiewood Public Golf Course.

Rose Creek Driving Range and Golf Course will open on Wednesday.

Prairiewood Public Golf Course will open Thursday, and El Zagal Golf Course will open Friday.

Due to soft turf, riding carts are not allowed until conditions get better.

In Moorhead, The Meadows and Village Green have their driving ranges open.

“Been locked up all winter, feels nice to finally get outside and enjoy the air. Kind of just waited until the weather’s nice to get out,” golfer Nate Vold said.

Hawley Golf Club is opening Monday at 9 a.m. You can call the club for tee times.
