The City of Fargo says the seasonal parking policies will be actively enforced.

FARGO, N.D.–Seasonal night parking restrictions will be in place from November 1, 2019 through April 15, 2020.

The city ordinance will restrict parking on Fargo streets between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. to allow city employees to remove snow and perform street maintenance.

Street signs noting the restrictions are located in the affected areas which include sections where parking is restricted on Fridays and the central business district.

The evening parking restrictions apply on alternate days. The east and west avenues have restrictions on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The North and South Streets are restricted on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

The City of Fargo says the seasonal parking policies will be actively enforced, especially during snowfall. Vehicles violating the policy may be impounded and ticketed by the Fargo Police Department or Street Department.
