6 Arrested for Illegal Hunting in Foster County

Hunting on land without permission is a class B misdemeanor.

CARRINGTON, N.D.–Authorities in North Dakota are reminding people it’s illegal to hunt on property without the owner’s permission.

The Foster County Sheriff’s Department says it arrested six out-of-state hunters on Oct. 28 for hunting in an unharvested cornfield without permission from the owner.

North Dakota law says illegally hunting on land without permission is a class B misdemeanor.
