Nexus-PATH Family Healing Hosting Zoom Meeting For Prospective Foster Parents

The work doesn’t stop when it comes to finding foster parents for kids who need them, even during a Pandemic.

Nexus-PATH Family Healing, formerly known as PATH North Dakota, is using Zoom to help people learn more about potentially becoming foster parents.
They’re hosting an informational meeting Tuesday, April 21st from 8:30 to 9:30 on the video conferencing app.
They say there are normally anywhere between 60 and 80 kids who need foster care in North Dakota at any given time.
The need doesn’t go away during a pandemic, so they can’t either.

Social Worker Carissa Cox with Nexus-PATH says, “I think we’re very thankful for technology especially during this time. It’s allowed us to continue to do our work in a very creative way, and to connect with not only families but the kids that are in our care.”
