Window Tint Violation Leads to Drug Arrest in West Fargo

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A window tint violation leads to the arrest of a Fargo man on drug and resisting arrest charges.

North Dakota Highway Patrol stopped 18-year-old Damian Torres in West Fargo.

The trooper says Torres showed signs of impairment.

He resisted while being arrested for driving under the influence of drugs.

A search of his vehicle uncovered marijuana, cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a Glock firearm.

Torres faces charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and cocaine, driving under the influence of drugs and resisting arrest.
