Texas Murder Suspect Arrested in Grafton, ND

GRAFTON, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A man wanted for murder in Texas has been arrested in Grafton, North Dakota.
Police say intelligence was obtained that indicated 26-year-old Joshua Davis was living and working in Grafton.
Davis is from El Paso, Texas and is wanted for murder and engaging in organized criminal activity.
He was arrested without incident Tuesday morning at a home on the west side of Grafton.
The joint operation involved police from Grafton and El Paso, U.S. Marshals Service, Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force and High Plains Fugitive Task Force.
