Cass County Electric Making Progress, Power Restored to 400 More Members
Around 675 Members Still Without Power

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR:8:45pm Update) — Cass County Electric is providing its members with an update as crews continue to work to restore power after the Christmas ice storm.
Power was restored to around 300 members on Monday and another 100 on Tuesday but there are still 570 members without power.
The majority of outages remain around the Valley City, Fingal, Pillsbury, Litchville, Enderlin and Lisbon areas.
All of the power has been restored in the Kindred area even though there are still broken poles.
More than 700 broken poles still need to be replaced in the cooperative’s service area.
They have a crew of 115 lineworkers and others working in 15-hour shifts to get the lights back on for every member.
They expect the work to take all week.
