Two Jailed Men Face New Charges for Old Crimes in 2020 and 2021

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — Two men are charged in multiple North Dakota counties for crimes committed years ago.
41-year-old Joshua McCleary, who is in the James River Correctional Center in Jamestown, is charged with 16 felonies that include criminal mischief, theft, and burglary.
30-year-old Marcus Creech, who is jailed in Watford City, faces three felony charges for burglary, theft, and criminal mischief.
Some of the charges surround the theft or attempted theft of ATMS in Cass, Barnes, and LaMoure counties from December 2020 and January 2021.
McCleary was one of two inmates who escaped from a correctional center in Dickinson in June of 2021.
