Man Who Threatened Shooting at Horace School Changes Plea & Is Sentenced

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A man who threatened a shooting at Heritage Middle School in Horace changes his plea to guilty to terrorizing.
35-year-old James Donnelly was sentenced earlier this month to five years in prison.
Local authorities were tipped off by the FBI about Donnelly, who has no permanent address.
He was arrested at a Fargo hotel two days after threatening a shooting at the school last August.
Authorities say Donnelly did not have any weapons at the time of his arrest.
He is also changing his plea in an unrelated robbery case.
That hearing is set for February 12.
