Two People Killed in Single Vehicle Crash Near Barnesville

CLAY CO., Minn. (KVRR) — Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a single-vehicle crash that left two people dead.

It was reported around 5:30 this morning on Highway 9 near Barnesville in Clay County.

The patrol says the car left the highway and crashed near milepost 146.

One person was thrown from the vehicle.

Information on the 28-year-old male driver from Fergus Falls and the 28-year-old male passenger from Barnesville will be released Monday morning.
