Tax Season Is Here and Free Help Is Available

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — There are many ways that you can get help with your taxes.
AARP Foundation Tax Aide will be offered starting on Thursday.
Appointments are required at all three sites in the metro: Moorhead Public Library, Fargo Public Library and Hjemkomst Center.
In East Grand Forks at Campbell Public Library and in Devils Lake at Dakota Prairie Community Action.

Concordia College is also offering free tax preparation through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
It will be available on Monday and Wednesday evenings in February from 6 to 9 PM in room 118 of the Grant Center.
Free parking will be available.
No appointment is needed.
It’s meant for low-to-moderate income and elderly taxpayers.
You’ll need to bring all W-2 forms, photo ID, and Social Security card along with a blank check or bank account and routing numbers for direct deposit of tax refunds.
For married couples, both spouses must be present.
